Micro-Pak Ltd joins Marinatex Ltd cap table as new shareholder

Micro-Pak Ltd has joined the cap table of MarinaTex Ltd, a Durham-based developer of biodegradable alternatives to conventional plastic. According to the company's latest confirmation statement for the period ending 10 June 2026, Micro-Pak Ltd now holds 1,136 Ordinary shares.

Founded in 2020, MarinaTex Ltd produces a home-compostable film made from red algae and fish-processing waste. The material, known as MarinaTex, is designed to outperform LDPE plastic in strength and is marketed for use in bags and single-use packaging.
