Kudu Resources reaches £107k valuation following new funding

A capital injection of £57k has been secured by Kudu Resources Limited, a firm involved in mining and quarrying activities not elsewhere classified. This latest investment brings the company to a post-money valuation of £107k.

The business is based in London and registered under company number 13855983. Since its incorporation in 2022, the entity has prepared financial records for its most recent accounting period which concluded on 30 June 2025.

This funding round was formalised through a share allotment that took place in April. The associated regulatory documentation was subsequently filed in June.
