An estimated £25k has been raised by Nottingham-based Keytoz Limited to support its work in business and domestic software development, alongside other information technology service activities. The company provides information technology consultancy activities alongside data processing, hosting, and related activities. This investment values the firm at an estimated £275k on a post-money basis.
The company was incorporated in July, the same month Soeb Abdullah Bharmal and Moiz Fazlehusain Palitanawala were appointed to the board as directors.
Mr Bharmal was identified as a person with significant control following a share allotment in August, at which point he secured an ownership stake and voting rights of between 25% and 50%. Formal documentation for the funding round was submitted to Companies House in September.
