Ai Property Intelligence Ltd secures fresh capital for IntelProp portal

An estimated £28.8k has been raised by Ai Property Intelligence Ltd, a Nottingham-based developer of business and domestic software. The company is building a platform codenamed IntelProp, which provides free listing services and intelligent matchmaking for UK estate agents and property seekers.

Incorporated in May 2025, the startup utilizes artificial intelligence to facilitate conversational property searches and virtual visualization tools. This technology also provides automated lead generation for the real estate market.

Three earlier funding events occurred prior to this round. The company previously raised £62.8k in a seed round (March 2026), which followed a £29.5k raise (January 2026) and a £55.6k investment (November 2025). Formal documentation for the latest allotment was filed in June 2026.
