GE Ventures and Mount Venture Capital Fund exit Incard Ltd cap table

Incard Ltd, a London-based electronic money institution founded in 2020, has seen several institutional investors exit its cap table. The company provides financial solutions for e-commerce businesses and digital entrepreneurs, including corporate cards and business IBAN accounts.

The largest change involves the exit of GE Ventures, which previously held 48,150 A Ordinary shares. Mount Venture Capital Fund, L.P. also departed the cap table, offloading its stake of 28,653 A Ordinary shares. Other departing shareholders include Archimedes Investments Ltd and Chaphinic BV, which both held 14,693 shares, and Founders Capital Syndicate Limited, which held 6,820 shares.

Golden Square I, LP and Odin Investments Limited are listed as new entrants to the cap table (period ending 21 May 2026). Golden Square I, LP is also a shareholder in 44Pixels Limited and Mynt Ltd. Odin Investments Limited is a shareholder in Prolo Ltd, Amparo Prosthetics Ltd, and Qured Health Ltd.

Existing shareholders remaining on the cap table include DPP Dominion Pension Plan Trustees (Jersey) Limited, which holds 37,515 shares. Several Vauban Nominees entities also remain, representing various investment SPVs with combined holdings exceeding 74,000 shares. Syndicate Room Nominees Ltd and Syndicate Room BBI Nominees Ltd each retain 8,358 shares.
