HR and Learning and Development leaders are the primary targets for Ignitus Labs Ltd, a London-based creator of an AI mentor for managers. The system, known as Ignitus, provides real-time advice and tailored coaching sessions designed to enhance leadership skills and mindset within organizations. By connecting with platforms such as Microsoft Teams, the business aims to offer a scalable and cost-effective alternative to traditional professional development.

The startup was incorporated in 2023 and recently secured an estimated £35k in new funding. This latest injection brings the total capital raised this year to £166.2k. This follows a previous funding total of £110k recorded in 2025. Based on the most recent allotment, the estimated post-money valuation for the business stands at £2.1m.

Financial records for the year ended 31 October 2025 indicate a headcount of two employees. However, data from LinkedIn suggests a larger team of seven people. The company also operates as a Salesforce solutions provider, offering bespoke engineering, integration, and consulting services across multiple clouds. This side of the business focuses on migrating environments and providing ongoing support to optimize data flow. Formal documentation for the recent funding round was filed in July, following an allotment of shares in June.
