Chorley-based Ilpg Ltd raises £5.1m in latest funding round

An estimated £5.1m has been raised by Ilpg Ltd in its most recent funding round. Based in Chorley, the company was incorporated in 2012 and is currently registered as a dormant entity, which designates that it is not carrying on business activity or earning income.

The new capital contributes to a total of £11.3m raised by the business throughout 2026. This follows a total of £3.9m in funding recorded across the previous calendar year of 2025.

Official documentation for the allotment was submitted in June 2026, with the allotment of shares also taking place during the same month. Ilpg Ltd, which is registered under company number 08129333, most recently filed accounts for the financial period ending 31 December 2024.
