Bidscript secures £500k for proposal automation technology
Published
An estimated £500k has been raised by Bidscript Ltd to expand its AI-driven bid management platform. Based in Altrincham, the company provides software that enables teams to discover, create, and manage RFPs, tenders, and proposals. The technology automates research, drafting, and compliance tasks for UK mid-market revenue and bid teams.
The startup was incorporated in 2024 to address inefficiencies in the bidding process. Its core product features an agentic AI called Biddy, which builds a performance-linked knowledge graph by ingesting tender packs, case studies, and technical specifications. This system is designed to learn from every outcome and evaluator comment rather than relying on static Q&A libraries.
This funding brings the total raised by the business in 2026 to £570k. This follows a total of £223.4k raised during 2025. According to accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025, the firm employed three people.
LinkedIn records list the company headquarters in Manchester and note specialties in document intelligence and work-winning software. The round was documented in filings made during June 2026.
