Huel Holdings Limited secures £847.8m in latest funding round

An estimated £847.8m has been raised by London-based Huel Holdings Limited in its latest funding round. The business provides plant-based, nutritionally complete food products such as powdered meals, high-protein snacks, and ready-to-drink options. Its target market includes health-conscious professionals, students, and active individuals seeking convenient, balanced, and sustainable nutrition.
The entity was incorporated in August to operate as a holding company. While some external data sources currently list the firm with a single employee and categorize it within the construction industry, the organization is focused on the food and beverage sector via its website, huel.com.
The capital injection follows the recent appointment of three directors, including George Harold Hashagen and James Forster Mayer. A third appointee, Paul Leslie Avis, is possibly linked to roles in international FMCG and food manufacturing according to unverified LinkedIn matches. Documentation for the share allotment was formally filed in September, the same month the round closed.
