London-based beverage manufacturer Buucha Ltd has secured £74.5k in its latest funding round. This investment brings the company post-money valuation to £4.2m.
Founded in 2023, Buucha Ltd operates in the food and drink production sector. The company activities include the manufacture of fruit and vegetable juices, tea processing, and the production of non-distilled fermented beverages. In addition to beverage production, the business manufactures specialized machinery used in food and drink processing.
The company currently operates with a team of two employees, according to its latest accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.
This most recent capital injection (allotted in May 2026) follows a series of funding rounds over the past two years. The current £4.2m valuation is a slight increase from the £4.1m valuation recorded during a £55k round in February 2026. In September 2025, the company reached a peak valuation of £4.3m when it raised £178k.
Earlier in 2025, Buucha Ltd completed two funding rounds in July, raising £65k and £205k respectively, both at a £4.1m valuation. Since its first recorded round in November 2023, which raised £60k at a £1.8m valuation, the company has seen its valuation more than double.
