Hotspur Helium Limited focuses on discovering and developing untapped sources of helium that are disassociated from hydrocarbons. The Brentford-based company recently raised £311k in a funding round that values the business at an estimated £1.7m. Its primary goal is to provide long-term stability to a global market serving critical sectors including healthcare, space, advanced manufacturing, and technology.

Incorporated in 2024, the firm reported revenue of £12.4k for the financial year ending 31 March 2025. During the same period, it recorded a loss of £189.4k. The company currently operates with a team of three employees.

The business applies a first principles approach to advance large-scale prospects within stable jurisdictions that have established regulatory frameworks. Its exploration portfolio includes acreage spanning southern Africa and the Middle East. By developing these primary helium assets, the company intends to supply up to 10% of global demand.

Documentation for this latest capital injection was filed in June, following an allotment of shares in January.
