Manufacturing items such as graphite, mineral wool, and various sealants is the core focus of Grey Knotts Technologies Limited. The company, which is based in Leyland, has secured an estimated £175.9k in new capital. This transaction results in an estimated post-money valuation of £2.4m.

The business was incorporated in December 2025 to operate within the non-metallic mineral products sector. Its production capabilities include the creation of peat and asbestos products. Documentation for the transaction was filed in September 2026 (with an allotment date also recorded in the same month).
