Fusion Global Strategy secures £10k investment

A £10k funding round has been completed by Fusion Global Strategy Ltd, a London-based firm. This results in a post-money valuation of £20k. The advisory, conciliation, and arbitration services are provided by the business, alongside guidance on the marketing management and management audits.

Urban Splash Developments Limited, a corporate entity, was notified as a person with significant control in July, maintaining a shareholding of between 25 and 50 percent. The company, which was incorporated in October 2025, also focuses on the overall planning, structuring, and control of organizations, specifically within management consultancy activities other than financial management.

The board was recently expanded through the appointments of Mehmet Kalyoncu in June and Jonathan Mark Falkingham in July (allotment and filing for the round also occurred in July). These developments follow the end of the firm's first financial year on 30 June 2026.
