Focal Point Positioning secures estimated £2.5m for location technology

A recent funding round has seen the business raise an estimated £2.5m. This brings the total investment secured by the company throughout 2026 to £6.9m. The capital injection follows a share allotment in August, with the corresponding paperwork filed the following month.
The firm was incorporated in 2015 to serve manufacturers and developers. Latest accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 reveal the business operated with a staff of 50 employees. These filings also show that the company reported a £8.5m loss for the 2024 financial year.
