An estimated £226.3k in new capital has been secured in a recent round to scale a range of solid-state innovations. Founded in 2015 and based in Cambridge, the company addresses the upkeep burden of traditional water quality analysis. Its patented pH hardware is calibration-free and designed to eliminate electrode drift, providing a low-maintenance solution for networked IoT devices.
This investment brings the firm's post-money valuation to £1.9m. The cash follows a larger funding total of £674.8k raised throughout the previous calendar year.
The equipment serves a range of industries including aquaculture, oceanography, utilities, environmental monitoring, mining, and oil and gas. According to its latest accounts for the period ended 30 April 2025, the venture employed 13 people, while LinkedIn data currently reports a headcount of 11.
The enterprise maintains its digital presence at anbsensors.com, with the transaction documented in September filings following an allotment of shares in June.
