EVGR 18, LP and The Gym Group join Fiit Limited cap table

London-based digital fitness platform Fiit Limited has seen a significant restructuring of its cap table according to its latest confirmation statement for the period ending 5 April 2026. The most substantial change is the entry of EVGR 18, LP, which now holds 98,822,302 Series A Preferred shares.
Several other new investors joined the register during this period. The Gym Group Operations Limited acquired 26,916,649 shares, while Supernode Global Ventures LP took a position of 15,073,323 shares. Centrefire Limited, also a shareholder in Addland Limited, joined with 10,335,992 shares. Other new entrants include 158852 Canada Inc with 2,153,331 shares and Malachite Properties Limited with 753,665 shares.
Exor Seeds L.P., which also backs Wayve Technologies Ltd, exited its entire holding of 63,990,578 shares. Conversely, Calibre Investments Limited increased its stake by 245 percent, moving from 658,009 to 2,273,007 shares.
Founded in 2017, Fiit provides on-demand workout classes and activity-tracking tools via its app and website. The arrival of multiple new institutional investors may signal a recent funding round. Existing shareholders remaining on the cap table include Connect Ventures, which holds 54,650,217 shares across two funds, and Rooks Nest Ventures Limited with 16,998,578 shares. Crowdcube Nominees Limited and JamJar Investments Nominee Limited also maintain their positions.
