London-based Enate Group Ltd. has secured an estimated £204.2k in new capital. The firm operates as a distribution holding company, maintaining controlling levels of equity across a group of subsidiary corporations.

The business does not provide administrative services or manage the specific units within its portfolio. This latest round contributes to a total of £200k raised throughout 2026 to date.

These figures follow a larger funding period in 2025, during which the entity, registered as UK company number 16378901, raised £30.6m. Srinjay Sengupta joined the board as a director in April. The company was originally incorporated in April 2025. Official filings for the current allotment were processed in June (following a share allotment in the same month).
