An estimated post-money valuation of £8.4b has been reached by Digital Ties Ltd following a funding round of approximately £151.2m. The London-based firm focuses on creating ecosystem infrastructure and platforms that orchestrate data flows to connect fragmented markets into intelligent networks.
Incorporated in 2024, the company operates in the software publishing sector, developing tools to facilitate digital transformation across the mobility, energy, and local services sectors. Its technology is designed to empower sustainable choices for consumers, businesses, and governments by enabling impact-driven decision-making at scale. The startup aims to improve consumer engagement by linking these entities in unprecedented ways.
The software development specialist currently operates with a team of seven employees. Financial records show its latest accounts were prepared for the year ended 31 July 2025.
Documentation for this latest investment was filed in July, following an allotment of shares that took place in May.
