Cardiff-based Cyberfortis Consulting raises £53k

Cyberfortis Consulting Limited provides cybersecurity and regulatory compliance solutions to enterprises from its base in Cardiff. The information technology consultancy, which was incorporated in 2024, offers SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001 assessments alongside penetration testing and CISO-as-a-Service. These offerings target regulated organizations that must meet global security standards across the UK, EU, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

The business recently secured £53k in new capital. This transaction also included £230k from shares issued for services. Following the round, Kateryna Sporysh was notified as a person with significant control, holding between 25 and 50 percent of the equity and voting rights.

The current funding total follows a 2025 figure of £37k. Accounts for the period ending 31 December show the firm employed five people. Documentation for the latest share allotment was filed in September 2026.
