Cluff Africa Limited secures £360k for African mineral projects

Chairman and CEO Algy Cluff and COO Douglas Chikohora established Cluff Africa Limited in 2022 to acquire and develop mining projects across the continent. The London-based mineral resources investment firm recently secured an estimated £360k in new funding, which results in an estimated post-money valuation of £3.3m.

Current operations focus on developing lithium sites in Zimbabwe. The business also targets non-gold exploration opportunities involving energy minerals like coal and uranium, alongside base metals, limestone, iron ore, and precious stones. While Companies House records show a single employee, the company's LinkedIn profile indicates a team of four.

Financial filings for the year ended 30 June 2025 reported a £74.4k loss. This latest capital injection follows £135.2k raised throughout the previous calendar year.

The board expanded in August with the appointments of Andrew James Nunn and Roy Aubrey Pitchford. LinkedIn data suggests that Nunn may also be a partner at I Help Creative and Marketing Agencies, a talent search firm. Documentation for the recent share allotment was filed in September 2026.
