Chrysalis Nursery Holdings secures estimated £3.4m

An estimated £3.4m has been raised by Chrysalis Nursery Holdings Ltd, an entity based in Ilford. The firm operates as a holding company, which involves owning shares in other businesses and managing a controlling stake in one or more subsidiary companies. It does not engage in the direct trade of goods or services.

The business was incorporated in August, the same month as the allotment of shares for this funding round. Formal documentation regarding the transaction was filed in September.

Kate Hersey was appointed to the board of directors in August.
