Capsa.ai secures £12.3m Series A for private equity AI platform

Private capital firms can automate due diligence tasks using an AI operating system developed by Capsa.ai Ltd, which recently secured an estimated £12.3m Series A round. The platform automates investment workflows, enabling private equity teams to capture institutional knowledge and make data-driven decisions.
Founded in 2023, the London-based company operates in the business and domestic software development sector. Financial records for the year ended 31 December 2024 indicate the business had 4 employees at that time. This capital injection is the only funding recorded for the company to date, comprising its entire 2026 total.
The board was expanded in June with the appointment of two new directors. Dinkar Jetley joined the firm, with LinkedIn profiles suggesting a possible role as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Pivot Investment Partners. Krzysztof Bialkowski was also appointed; AI matching indicates he may be a Managing Partner at TX Ventures.
Formal documentation for this funding round was filed in July, following a share allotment that took place during the same month.
