A London-based entity, Hamsard 3824 Limited, has raised an estimated £76.7m. The company was incorporated in August 2025 and is currently structured as a dormant entity. This classification signifies that the firm does not carry out business activities, generate income, or manage significant accounting transactions at this stage of its development.

David Frederic Danon joined the board recently. LinkedIn data suggests he may be a Partner at ECI Partners LLP, a growth-focused investment firm. Andrew David Himsley and Mark Richard Hine also took on leadership roles within the business.

This capital injection is the first recorded for the firm. Documentation for the allotment and the new appointments was filed in July 2026.
