Wise Guys Ventures and Caldero Limited join C2c Talent Network cap table

C2c Talent Network Ltd, a London-based software development and employment placement firm founded in 2019, has added two new investors to its cap table. According to a confirmation statement filed on 18 June 2026 (for the period ending 11 June 2026), Usaldusfond Wise Guys Ventures Fond 1 and Caldero Limited have acquired stakes in the business.

Usaldusfond Wise Guys Ventures Fond 1 entered the cap table with 1,811 Ordinary shares. This investor also holds shares in Finmap Ltd and Kaiku Ltd. Caldero Limited joined with 866 Ordinary shares and is also a shareholder in Momentous Therapeutics Ltd. The arrival of multiple new investors may signal a recent funding round for the company.

These new entrants join a shareholder base that includes several institutional and private investment vehicles. The Frontline Venture Fund III Limited Partnership remains the largest external shareholder listed in the filing with 7,346 shares. Other existing shareholders include P1 SPV LLP with 1,418 shares, Chromaway Ventures AB with 1,135 shares, and Agrisol Ltd with 800 shares. Equilibrium Pensions Limited, Eisner Capital Ltd, Leximar Ltd, and Stinson Beach Partners also maintain their positions on the cap table.
