Ai Edtech Holdings secures £120k in latest funding round

An estimated £120k has been raised by Ai Edtech Holdings Limited in its latest funding round, valuing the Godalming-based business at approximately £1.5m. This capital injection brings the total raised by the company during 2026 to £824.9k.

The firm was incorporated in October 2025 and operates as a holding company providing specialized administrative and support functions. Its service range includes transcription, fundraising organization, and the administration of loyalty programs for other businesses.

Formal documentation for this investment was filed in July following an allotment of shares during the same month.
