London-based consumer electronics startup With Studios Ltd has successfully closed a £65k pre-seed funding round. The company, which is the driving force behind the Oomo 3D Immersive Earbuds brand, achieved a post-money valuation of £669k. The allotment date for the round was 6 March 2026, with the official filing completed on 10 March 2026.

Incorporated in February 2025, With Studios Ltd operates in the consumer audio and electronics space. The company's flagship product, Oomo, addresses common audio frustrations experienced by home movie streamers and virtual reality gamers. Specifically, the earbuds solve the issue of poor audio balancing, where users frequently have to adjust volumes to hear dialogue over loud background music. They also provide a lightweight, high-fidelity alternative to bulky VR headphones.
