Episode 1 and Portfolio Ventures join Viable cap table as new shareholders

London-based Viable, an intelligent finance platform for commerce brands, has updated its cap table following its latest confirmation statement (period ending 30 June 2026). Episode 1 Investments 3 LP joined the register as a shareholder with 22,209,306 shares, comprising 17,788,369 Seed Preferred B and 4,420,937 Ordinary shares. Episode 1 Ventures LLP also entered the cap table with 8,831,082 Seed Preferred A shares. Episode 1 also backs Presentient Technologies Ltd, Tinker Tailor Talent Limited, and Meshprime Technologies Ltd.

Portfolio Ventures Limited joined the cap table with 6,225,000 A Ordinary shares. This entity also backs Foundries.io Limited. During the same period, Portfolio Ventures exited the register, having previously held 62,250 Ordinary shares. The entry of multiple institutional investors and the introduction of new share classes may signal a recent round.

Existing shareholders MNL Nominees Ltd and MNL (BBI Haatch) Nominees remain on the cap table with 46,563 and 15,687 shares respectively. Founded in 2022, Viable provides unified financial insights and management tools for accounting, sales, and inventory to direct-to-consumer and wholesale commerce brands.
