Published

West Burton Flexible Generation Ltd, a London based electricity producer founded in 2024, has recorded a substantial increase in shareholdings from its two primary investors. The company operates power stations and generates electricity from thermal, hydroelectric, and renewable sources.

According to the latest confirmation statement covering the period to 26 May 2026, EP UK Investments Limited and TotalEnergies Gas & Power Holdings UK Ltd both increased their holdings by 148,369,365 shares. This change brings their respective positions from 575,000 shares to 148,944,365 ordinary shares each. Both entities now maintain identical stakes in the business.

TotalEnergies Gas & Power Holdings UK Ltd is also a shareholder in TotalEnergies Renewables UK Limited. These two investors were the only shareholders on the cap table at the start of the period and remain the sole owners following these changes. The simultaneous increase in shares held by both parties may signal a recent round of investment into the energy firm.
