Vivetti Energy secures £506k for smart-grid AI platform

Published

A £506.1k funding round has been secured by Vivetti Energy Ltd, a London-based developer of AI-driven energy management software and electronic components. The company addresses the increasing complexity of energy markets where intermittent renewables and growing demand make it difficult for assets to earn consistent returns.

The Omni-One platform serves as a decision engine to optimize distributed energy resources including battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar, wind, data centers, and EV-charging infrastructure. This system utilizes physical degradation modeling and probability-weighted valuation to price the cost of wear into every trade. It operates on the DAIM industrial IoT platform, an IEC 62443-certified system connecting more than 10,000 assets globally.

Incorporated in October 2025, the business currently employs 10 people. A total of £1.1m has been raised by the firm throughout 2026.

Matthew Charles Simon Pollock joined the board as a director in September 2026. LinkedIn data suggests he may be an investment consultant and partner at Ali Exchange, though this remains unverified.
