Automating the leasing, maintenance, renewals, and resident communications of rental-property managers is the core focus of Vinny Technology Limited. Known as Vinny, the AI-powered platform is marketed to operators in the build-to-rent, student accommodation, and later-living sectors. The London-based company focuses on increasing net operating income and reducing expenses for portfolios across the UK, EU, and US markets. Its technology is designed to function as a virtual teammate that performs these tasks without requiring additional staff or the installation of new systems.

The startup recently secured an estimated £200k in new funding. This latest injection brings the total capital raised by the business during 2025 to £600k (allotment date December 2025; filing date September 2026).

The firm, incorporated in 2024, integrates with existing infrastructure to address operational inefficiencies. According to financial accounts for the year ended 30 April 2025, the business employed an average of two people.
