London PropTech startup Nhabit secures £125k for AI rental platform

Nhabit Ltd has secured an estimated £125k in fresh funding to expand its rental search platform. The London-based company utilizes a geospatial graph database and a proprietary AI assistant named Milo to match renters with properties based on lifestyle routines, such as proximity to workplaces, social hubs, and exercise facilities. Unlike traditional search engines, the mobile and web-based service prioritizes real-time travel times and amenity scores over initial location selection.
Incorporated in January 2025, the software developer targets the residential rental market by providing a swipe-based interface for end-users. Estate agents and Build-to-Rent developers access the platform via a subscription model. The business currently employs nine people and intends to scale its MVP into UK sales property and international markets including Dubai and New York.
This latest injection brings the total funding raised by the firm in 2026 to £150k. Documentation for the round was filed in September following an allotment of shares in August.
