Pentland Capital and Venrex X join Vinci Books cap table as major shareholders

Pentland Capital Limited has joined the cap table of Vinci Books Ltd as its largest external shareholder, according to the company's latest confirmation statement (period ending 11 May 2026). Pentland Capital now holds 591,919 B Ordinary shares. The investor is also a shareholder in Elemental Concept 2016 Limited and Cusp AI Limited.

Vinci Books is a hybrid publisher based near Banbury. Founded in 2023, the company provides authors with services including cover design, marketing, and global distribution across print, digital, and audio formats.

Venrex Nominees Limited increased its position by 60 percent, moving from 324,676 to 518,225 B Ordinary shares. A related entity, Venrex X Limited Partnership, also entered the cap table with 161,291 B Ordinary shares. Both Venrex entities are shareholders in Odqa Renewable Energy Technologies Limited.

The filings show two exits. Vivid Dog Limited departed the cap table after previously holding 105,548 A Ordinary shares. Pillar 2 Pension Trustees Limited also exited, having held 32,500 B Ordinary shares.

Existing shareholders remaining on the cap table include the company itself, Vinci Books Ltd, with 316,647 shares, and Books Covered Limited with 50,000 shares. The arrival of multiple new investors and the increase in existing holdings may signal a recent round of investment.
