A funding round of £11.9m has been secured by Vertica Systems Limited, a Reading-based IT services provider. The investment gives the company an estimated post-money valuation of £23.6m.

Filings indicate that Rocket Software Amc Uk Ltd holds between 75 percent and 100 percent of the shares and voting rights in Vertica Systems Limited. This control includes the right to appoint and remove directors.
