A £2.5m funding round has been completed by Venture Fitness Holdings Ltd. The company acts as a holding entity based in Ascot, where its business activities are focused on holding and managing controlling stakes in other companies rather than directly engaging in trading or providing goods and services itself.

The business was incorporated in May 2026 and is registered under UK company number 17196040. This capital injection follows an allotment of shares that took place in May, with the formal documentation for the transaction filed in July.

Leadership at the firm includes Amritpal Singh Sandhu and Arundeep Kaur Rai Sandhu. Both individuals were appointed to the board as directors in May.
