Risolv Health secures £1.1m to expand consumer pharmaceutical portfolio

Aggregating and marketing established consumer health brands is the core focus of Risolv Health, which recently raised an estimated £1.1m. The Basingstoke-based company specializes in pharmaceutical preparations, specifically over-the-counter products for consumers seeking trusted, generational remedies. Its current portfolio includes trademarks such as Ralgex, Resolve, Sea-Legs, Wasp-Eze, and Burn-Eze.

This investment brings the firm's estimated post-money valuation to £7.2m. The capital injection follows a funding period in 2025 when the business raised £3.3m. Since its incorporation in 2023, the company has addressed personal health conditions ranging from muscle and joint pain to travel sickness and overindulgence.

Financial records for the year ended 31 December 2024 show the company operated with two employees, though current data suggests the headcount has increased to five. Beyond topical pain and indigestion relief, the business provides products for women's health, probiotics, and first aid treatments for burns, wounds, and insect bites.

The vision for the company involves using innovation and new formulations to establish a presence in the wellness market. Share allotment for this round took place in August 2026 (with formal documentation filed in September).
