Passive ventilation and heat-recovery systems manufacturer Ventive has secured an estimated £139.5k in new funding. Based in Kingston Upon Thames, the company reached a post-money valuation of £5m following the investment.
The business, which launched in 2011, provides comfort cooling for the UK construction and property market using patented technology and connected controls. These systems adapt to building usage by linking building intelligence, services, and fabric to deliver fresh air without requiring connection to complex building management systems.
Ventive currently employs 11 people according to LinkedIn data, while its most recent accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 recorded a headcount of seven. This latest investment follows a previous funding total of £107.2k raised during 2025.
The current round was allotted in April 2026 (with formal documentation filed in September).
