Partridge trusts reduce stakes in Velo Holdings by over 90 percent

Major shareholding reductions have occurred at Velo Holdings Limited, a London-based holding company for high-end bicycle retailers. Founded in 2017 and headquartered at 86 Fetter Lane, the company operates online and physical stores targeting the cycling community.
The most substantial change involves the Partridge Revocable Trust DTD 12/10/2004, which reduced its holding by 93 percent from 313,748,126 shares to 22,410,406 shares. The John and Ann Partridge 2012-A Irrevocable Trust also decreased its stake by 92 percent, moving from 217,808,126 to 18,010,406 shares. These changes were confirmed in a filing for the period ending 7 April 2026.
Several institutional investors recorded similar decreases. Empros Payment Technologies Fund, LLC reduced its holding from 63,750,000 to 5,100,000 shares, while Redwire Capital Fund III, LLC dropped from 56,177,000 to 6,656,160 shares. Redwire International, LLC exited the cap table entirely, having previously held 2,875,000 shares.
Further reductions were reported by Bulito Point VC IV, LLC, Saunders Family Investment, LLC, and Venture Lending and Leasing VII and VIII. Woodburn Management II Ltd reduced its position to 533,280 shares, and SV Angel VI LP decreased its holding to 200,000 shares. While most major holders reduced their positions, existing shareholders Glofortune Limited and WSPN Holdings Limited remain on the cap table with 7,000,000 and 5,900,000 shares respectively. Smaller reductions were also made by the Mucha Family Revocable Trust, two Pensco Trust Co accounts, and three other minority shareholders.
