Summit Transition Partners secures £21.2m for UK energy transition projects

The production of electricity is the core focus of Summit Transition Partners Limited, which has raised an estimated £21.2m in a recent funding round. Based in London, the company reached an estimated post-money valuation of £21.2m following the capital injection.

Incorporated in October 2025, the business targets the energy transition market within the United Kingdom. It invests in clean energy and infrastructure projects such as hydrogen, offshore wind, and carbon capture and storage. The entity operates as an associate of Sumitomo Corporation.

Foster Chiang joined the board as a director in March. Formal documentation for the investment was filed in May (allotment date May).
