A total of £19.2m has been raised by Valour Videos Holdings Ltd, a Thame-based firm incorporated in May. The entity operates as a holding company, engaging in activities not elsewhere classified. This specific category excludes any entities primarily involved in the agricultural, production, construction, distribution, or financial services sectors.

The board of directors recently expanded with three new appointments. David Paul Humpston joined in June, while Dominic John Gaynor and George Brian Phillips were appointed in July. LinkedIn data suggests that Phillips may be associated with Fund Finance at RBI.

David Paul Humpston was notified as an individual with significant control of the business in July. He currently holds 25 to 50 percent of the shares and between 50 and 75 percent of the voting rights.

The capital injection follows an allotment of shares that took place in July. Formal documentation regarding the transaction was filed with Companies House in September.
