Urfuture App Ltd has secured an estimated £840k in its latest funding round to scale its recruitment platform tailored for Gen Z jobseekers. Based in Manchester, the company provides a mobile application that replaces traditional CVs with a science-backed matching algorithm designed to connect young people with suitable entry-level career opportunities.

The platform simplifies the transition into the workforce by providing personalized job recommendations and facilitating direct in-app communication between candidates and employers. The app removes the need for standard resumes and matches user profiles with roles based on specific skills and career interests.

This latest investment follows several previous funding rounds. In June 2025, the company raised £150k at a valuation of £424.4k. During its first year of operation in November 2023, Urfuture App Ltd completed two funding allotments of £212.5k and £37.5k, which carried valuations of £556.3k and £593.8k respectively.

Financial records for the year ended 31 August 2024 indicate that the company employed four members of staff. The recent funding was documented in filings made in April, which also noted the appointment of Susan Pittock as a director.

The company was incorporated in 2023 and focuses on software development to address challenges in the youth employment market. This capital injection supports the continued development of the matching technology and the expansion of the app user base.
