Slingshot Ventures leads new entrants to Unravel Technologies cap table

Unravel Technologies Ltd, a London-based travel technology startup founded in 2022, has updated its shareholder register (confirmation statement filed 3 June 2026). The company develops an AI-powered video commerce platform that creates shoppable videos for travel applications, serving clients such as banks and telecom operators.

Slingshot Ventures has joined the cap table as a major shareholder, now holding 158,949 shares. This holding consists of 87,975 Series A shares and 70,974 ordinary shares. Other new entrants include Active Partners (KCP) Nominess Limited, which acquired 55,717 ordinary shares, and Brook Bay Capital, which holds 7,331 Series A shares. The appearance of multiple new investors and the introduction of Series A shares may signal a recent funding round.

These new investors join a cap table that includes Nauta Tech Invest V SCR, S.A., which remains a significant shareholder with 106,010 shares. Other existing backers include Fund I, a series of Corestrat Ventures, LP with 70,696 shares, Antler UK I LP with 50,232 shares, and Yukti LLC with 34,019 shares. Odin Investments Limited holds 28,761 shares, while TPF Generation I LP of the Players Partnership maintains 23,459 shares. Additional holdings are maintained by MNL Nominees Ltd with 19,183 shares and Vauban Nominees Limited with 18,112 shares.
