An estimated £55.2m has been raised by Ugm Global Services Limited, a London-based entity that holds assets and controlling equity for a group of subsidiary corporations within the construction sector. This resulted in an estimated post-money valuation of £53.9m for the business.
Incorporated in October 2025, the company confirmed the appointment of three new directors in July 2026, which coincides with the allotment and documentation. These include Sibulele Lukhanyiso Songca and Rajay Ambekar, who AI-derived data suggests is possibly the CEO or CIO at Excelsia Capital.
The final director, Jacob Johannes Du Plessis, specializes in costs, contracts, and commercial certainty for mega-projects. His experience includes reporting on capital delivery and the practical execution of complex builds in infrastructure, mining, and advanced technology sectors.
