Poole software developer U-technology Limited secures £305.9k investment

An estimated £305.9k has been raised by Poole-based software developer U-technology Limited in its most recent funding round. This latest investment places the company at an estimated post-money valuation of £3m.

The company was incorporated in March 2025 and operates in the business and domestic software development sector. Its core activities involve systems analysis, custom software development, and programming services for ready-made software. U-technology Limited also provides design services for the structure and content of software databases intended for both commercial and residential use.

This funding round follows a series of capital raises conducted throughout 2025. The company first raised £50k in June 2025 at a valuation of £447.3k. This was followed by a £100k round in September 2025 which saw the valuation rise to £3m. A third round in October 2025 raised £97k at a valuation of £3.1m. The current valuation of £3m matches the valuation recorded in September 2025 and is slightly lower than the £3.1m figure from October 2025. (The latest capital was allotted in April, with the corresponding filings completed in May).

Since its founding in early 2025, U-technology Limited has secured total funding of approximately £552.9k across four distinct rounds. While specific revenue and employee metrics are not publicly disclosed in the current filings, the company has maintained a consistent valuation range between £3m and £3.1m over its last three funding events.
