An estimated £250k investment has been secured by The Velvet Collection Limited, a Haslemere-based firm that operates within the business and domestic software development sector. This funding round values the company at approximately £1.2m.

Technical services provided by the business include the creation of custom software and the design of database structures. The company also offers ongoing system maintenance and support to its clients. Additionally, the firm manages web portals and handles activities related to web search portals.

Incorporated in February, the business expanded its board with the appointment of James Alexander Daniel Lumsden as a director in July. Documentation for the capital injection was filed in August, following an allotment of shares earlier that month.
