The Pinter, a specialized device designed for consumers to brew approximately 10 pints of fresh beer or cider in a domestic setting using proprietary ingredient packs, is manufactured by London-based The Greater Good Fresh Brewing Co Ltd. The business has secured an estimated £4.3m in new funding.

Incorporated in 2010, the company targets the DIY craft beer sector by simplifying the process of creating drinks. Financial records for the year ending 31 December 2024 show the firm employed 40 people.

This latest capital injection follows a series of smaller raises throughout 2025 and early 2026. Previous activity includes two Series A tranches of £248.8k in January 2026 and £294k in December 2025.

Other rounds include a £406.3k raise in August and two separate £300k investments in May. Further sums were obtained in September (£263.4k), July (£50k, £159.2k, and £10k), and June 2025 (£255.6k). The company, which maintains its digital presence at thegreatergood.co.uk, filed the formal documentation for this capital in June, following an allotment in April.
