Ternary Therapeutics raises estimated £750k for molecular glue platform

Designing small molecules to induce protein-protein interactions is the primary focus of Ternary Therapeutics. The London-based biotechnology firm utilizes an AI-driven platform to develop molecular glue therapeutics for inflammatory and neuroinflammatory diseases. These treatments aim to modulate or degrade disease-causing proteins previously categorized as undruggable, opening new frontiers for targets that have historically lacked effective interventions.

Incorporated in 2024, the company currently has a headcount of 15 employees and maintains the web domain ternarytx.co.uk. This latest seed funding round raised an estimated £750k for the business. Documentation for the investment was filed in June (following an allotment of shares in January).

A previous seed round secured £2.7m in June 2025. The initial capital injection for the firm consisted of a £500k seed investment completed in November 2024.
