Small molecules designed to induce protein-protein interactions are at the center of a new investment into Ternary Therapeutics Ltd, which has raised an estimated £2.7m seed round. The London-based company focuses on AI-driven molecular glue therapeutics intended to modulate or degrade disease-causing proteins.

The startup, which was incorporated in 2024, applies its platform to inflammatory and neuroinflammatory diseases. By targeting proteins often described as undruggable, the firm aims to open new frontiers in drug discovery and biotechnology research. This latest funding follows a £750k seed round in January and a £500k raise in November 2024.

Ternary Therapeutics, which also refers to itself as TernaryTx, currently employs 15 people. Share allotment for this most recent capital increase took place in June 2025, with formal filings completed in June 2026. The company hosts its digital operations at https://www.ternarytx.co.uk/.
