Techrail Business secures £350k investment for holding operations
Published
A new investment of £350k has been raised by Techrail Business Limited, a firm headquartered in Oldbury, West Midlands. This latest funding round brings the estimated post-money valuation of the business to £5.3m. Incorporated in July 2026, the company functions as a holding entity, primarily existing to manage and own shares in other organisations rather than engaging in the direct trading of goods or services.
The capital injection follows the recent appointment of two directors to the board. Auden Yir-Ib Dery and Scott David Hardiman both joined the company during the same month. LinkedIn suggests that Hardiman may be an SME acquirer focused on building a portfolio of UK businesses and a partner at Ashland Engineering.
The business is registered under company number 17359060, with official filings for the share allotment completed in August.
