Industrial adhesive manufacturer Kleiberit Adhesives UK secures £2.6m

Industries ranging from automotive to furniture manufacturing utilize the glues and adhesive systems produced by Kleiberit Adhesives Uk Ltd. The Coalville-based firm has secured an estimated £2.6m in its latest funding round, which brings its post-money valuation to approximately £5.3m.

The business was established to solve industrial bonding challenges through the development of innovative chemical products (incorporated in 2018). Its range includes polyurethane (PUR) and hotmelt varieties designed for specific technical applications in the woodworking, plastics, and packaging sectors.

The transaction was documented in filings made this month (September 2026), following an allotment of shares that took place earlier this summer (July 2026). The company's most recent financial accounts cover the period ending 31 December 2025.
