A funding round of £37.1k has been secured by Stratis Fire & Security Limited, valuing the Ipswich-based business at £629.1k. The company provides integrated fire and security solutions including biometric access systems, alarms, fire doors, and remote surveillance technology. These services are designed for a target market of commercial businesses, residential estates, and high-net-worth individuals.

The business was incorporated in 2023. This latest capital injection follows a pre-seed round in February, where the firm raised £30.2k at a valuation of £592k. A previous investment of £65k was also secured in November 2025, which at the time valued the company at £561.8k.

Financial records for the year ended 30 September 2024 indicate that the company operates with one employee. The documentation for this most recent share allotment was filed in June, following the initial allotment in April.
